Project description:: This project will investigate the immunomodulatory potential of tumor-targeted antibody-IL-15/LIGHT fusion proteins in 3D co-cultures of tumor spheroids and immune cells, simulating target heterogeneity in the tumor and analyzing immune cell infiltration, distribution, and composition.
