The SRCSB is in mourning with the recent passing of Professor Ernst Dieter Gilles. He passed away on June 12, 2019 at the age of 84 years. We extend our deepest sympathies to his family and friends.
For Professor Gilles the interdisciplinary research in close cooperation with colleagues from ohter disciplines has always been very important.
